Wholesale Sales & Account Support

Client relationship support, market preparation, order management, and coordination with buyers and brand partners.

Administration & Logistics

Operational support across order processing, shipping coordination, sample management, and internal organization.

Press, Marketing & Digital

Support across brand presentation, press coordination, showroom materials, and digital content initiatives.

Brand & Market Research

Research and analytical support focused on retail landscape, brand positioning, and market trends.

Internship Program

The Hive Showroom offers internships seasonally.

Trade Show preparation and support. Administrative responsibilities which include but not limited to: order input, shipping, filing, sample and press kit organization. Assistance with social media channels. Showroom visual merchandising. Assist sales team with organization of showroom and buyer appointments. Brand/Store research, fashion week coordination.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to gain practical and real working experience in the fashion industry. Candidate should be able to commit to 3 days per week.

Internship Time Frame:

Spring Internship: Beginning of January to end of May
Summer Internship: Beginning of June to beginning of September
Fall Internship: Beginning of September to mid-December
